Nutrition Internship

Internship at Le Tore. This was the most all-encompassing part of my experience abroad.  It entailed interacting with the staff at my internship, caring for the guests, and understanding the Italian lifestyle and diet on an intricate level.

Photography

Photography was a very enjoyable learning experience.  I got to learn about the history and science behind the art and exercise my creative skills in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Archaeology

This class was very enriching; we touched on history and anthropology and got to visit many significant archaeological sites.  Pompei, Campi Flegeri, and Herculaneum were among these.

Italian Language

This was the most useful class that I took; I used and practiced my Italian every day and got much further in the language than I expected to.
